Eleven years in construction
Kyle spent 11 years in construction as a sprinkler fitter, earned his Red Seal trade certification at 21, and was running jobs as a foreman at the same age, including on high-rises.
That time is why he looks at a building the way he does. He knows where to point an inspection and what to ask. He is a REALTOR®, not a licensed home inspector or engineer, and he will say so.
Six years with Delta Fire
He then served 6 years as a firefighter with the Delta Fire Department, after four years of competitive entry and a 14-week fire academy at the Justice Institute of British Columbia, with hazmat and rope rescue training along the way.
A negotiation is a calmer place than a fire scene. What carries over is staying level when the stakes are high and telling people the truth while they can still act on it.

Where he works
Kyle grew up in Surrey and has lived in Vancouver for more than 12 years. He works mainly in Vancouver East, Vancouver West and Burnaby, and also in New Westminster and Coquitlam, with North Vancouver and West Vancouver for the right home. His focus is detached homes and high-end condos.
AI, working for his clients
Kyle builds his own AI and data tools for the buyers and sellers he works with. Buyers can search by describing the home they want in plain words. Registered users can see what a home really took to sell, including failed listings before it, and listings where a seller may be ready to deal.
