This is a first conversation with Kyle himself, not a sales team. The short form asks what you are planning, so the 30 minutes go to your situation instead of the basics.
Most people book when they want a straight answer on a next step: whether to sell now or wait, what a move would actually cost, or how to approach a purchase in a specific part of Metro Vancouver.

What happens on the discovery call?
You and Kyle spend 30 minutes on what you are trying to do and what a clear plan looks like from where you are. It works for buying, selling or both, and you can bring a specific address or just the question.
Does the call cost anything?
No, the call is free and the booking form takes no payment. Booking does not commit you to working with Kyle.
When is Kyle available?

How does the call happen?
The call is by web conference, and the details are provided when your time is confirmed.
Why does the form ask if I am working with another REALTOR®?
Because Kyle does not solicit anyone already under a signed agreement with another brokerage. Your answer does not block the booking. It tells Kyle what he needs to know before the call.
